Just want to make a general observation. I used to be a real fart-ass. Like I was renowned for my farts and were told they were “straight off the docks”. Started paleo (not super strict, but no wheat at all) and voilà! farts are gone! If I eat something non-paleo like crumbed chicken breast, the farts are back with vengeance with in an hour. Its amazing being able to see the difference in what wheat does to me now.
