NOT YO MAMA’S OATMEAL

You’re probably all like,” Michelle, we all know how to make oatmeal…” But I’m over here like, ” you ain’t neva had oatmeal like this! I’m gonna lay down my recipe for protein packed, BANANA NUT BAKED OATS! They are so good, easy, customizable, and they take 6 minutes to create!

Ingredients:
1/4c oats
1 tbsp chia seeds(HEALTHY FATS!)
25g banana (about 1/3)
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 scoop protein
Stevia,nutmeg, cinnamon

Put it all in a bowl, mix and mash, add water so it’s kinda watery and microwave for 2 rounds of 2 min, mixing in between!

Like I said, you can add more or less depending on macros or add other fruits/nuts/ nut butters. Get creative with that shit!
